I am so happy you are here.
My name is Tannaz and I am deeply passionate about all things mind-body wellness. I work with young adults, couples, and families online and in-person in Los Angeles, California, who are ready to commit to their wellbeing wholly. I support my clients in overcoming difficult emotional experiences as they face life challenges that have been holding them back and I specialize in helping people work through anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, relational challenges, trauma, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and attachment wounds.
I believe that when we create the time and space to connect with ourselves to better understand our internal world, who we are, and what we really want in life, we can start to clearly see the obstacles within ourselves and our lives. With this clarity and understanding, we can begin to find our way forward.
I wholeheartedly support my clients as they process and face their troubling experiences, anxieties, and worries. You will learn to listen to your inner voice and be at peace with your emotions instead of running away from them. The new relationship you will have with yourself and your emotions will allow you to feel empowered and secure in navigating what you’re experiencing presently, while feeling more confident in handling challenges in the future.

During this 15-minute call, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and how I can best support you on your journey. We will also utilize this time to answer any questions you may have.

During our first session, I’ll get to know you by asking questions and listening to you share about your current challenges. We’ll discuss your goals, conceptualize what’s going on, and identify what will be the most helpful path forward for you. Based on your goals, we will create an individualized treatment plan which will include your estimated length of treatment and frequency of sessions.

During our first month, we’ll spend an hour each week diving deeper into what has brought you to therapy by bringing awareness to the root cause of what is troubling you, while also actively working towards helping you experience relief from your anxiety and discomfort. As treatment continues, we’ll continue to meet on a consistent basis and continue addressing the root cause of your troubles. By addressing both the symptoms and the root of the symptoms, you will experience profound and long-term change
