Hi, I’m Tannaz
My approach to therapy is grounded in understanding your past, observing your present, identifying where you want to be in the future, and developing a strategy to help you achieve those goals. By addressing all the pillars of wellness, you will begin to feel more centered, inspired, and courageous; with the bravery to show up in your life authentically as who you want to be, living the life you want to live.
I’m a wellness enthusiast who practices what I preach. I strive to model wholeness and mind/body wellness. I stand with my clients through their scariest and most imperfect moments because we are all in this together.
Our therapeutic relationship is built on a strong foundation of values: authentic connection, unconditional acceptance, and gentle and supportive honesty. Our relationship curates an environment of trust and safety that allows you to connect with yourself, process your emotions, face your fears, and achieve your goals. Our work together is meaningful to me and I will show up to every session ready to listen and ask the tough questions, as we uncover who you are as a whole and what is missing from your life.
